Professor at University of Dayton School of Law.  Interested in the intersection of tort law and First Amendment doctrine, the tension between free speech values, privacy, insurance, criminal procedure, legal writing, moral philosophy, media and free speech markets, indie films.

Although I may present my ultimate views and conclusions, I’d like to represent all sides of an issue/argument/case fairly so people can evaluate the positions for themselves.
